The SW-1052 is a double-ended elastic polyester swab with two functionally differentiated polyester fiber tips at opposite ends of a single handle, designed for precision cleaning and liquid application workflows requiring sequential use of a soft, conformable tip and a firmer, more structured tip within the same task — without the interruption and contamination risk of swab replacement between steps. Unlike the SW-122C double-head swab whose two ends use the same foam material, the SW-1052's two ends are constructed from polyester fiber of different hardness characteristics: one end is soft and elastic, designed to penetrate narrow gaps and conform to complex surface geometries; the other end uses a slightly harder polyester material suited for cleaning more solid, flat surfaces where the firmer fiber contact improves residue removal through controlled friction.

Each head measures 13mm in length, 3.5mm in width, and 2.4mm in thickness. The 13mm tip length provides cleaning stroke coverage across connector pin rows, component gaps, and instrument recess channels that shorter tips cannot fully traverse in a single pass.
