The SW-188C is a large-format sponge swab with a fully open-cell polyurethane foam head, developed for high-volume liquid application, surface pre-treatment, and wide-area cleaning tasks where standard small-head swabs are inefficient. The fully open-cell foam structure creates an interconnected internal channel network that enables rapid, even liquid uptake and controlled release across the entire head surface.

The swab head measures 36mm in length, 24.5mm in width, and 11mm in thickness — significantly larger than most swabs in this product line — providing wide substrate coverage per wiping stroke. This head geometry suits flat surface pre-treatment, solvent application before bonding, and cleaning of panel-format components where coverage efficiency reduces task time. The open-cell foam absorbs and releases cleaning liquids, lubricants, and surface treatment agents uniformly, avoiding uneven distribution during application.
