The SW-882D is a lint-free industrial cleanroom round sponge swab with a large open-cell polyurethane foam head in a rounded oval profile, designed for high-volume cleaning and solvent application tasks on curved component surfaces, PCB assemblies, and industrial equipment where the round head geometry provides no-dead-angle contact across convex and concave surface features. The rounded oval head follows substrate contours without edge-bridging, ensuring full foam-to-surface contact even on non-flat surfaces that cause rectangular heads to lose contact at the head perimeter.

The swab head measures 25mm in length, 18mm in width, and 9.7mm in thickness — the largest head volume in this entire sponge-swab series. The 18mm width combined with the 9.7mm thickness creates a substantial foam mass with the highest liquid absorption and retention capacity in this product line, making it suited for tasks where a large volume of cleaning solvent or lubricant needs to be evenly applied to, or thoroughly removed from, a broad surface area in a single working pass.
